ROW Class

The ROW class is perfect for building endurance with low impact on the joints. We keep it super fun during the 30 minutes we spend on the erg. No previous rowing experience is necessary.

HIIT Class

Prepare to "hit-it-hard" and build strength in this convenient 30 minute class. No two workouts are the same and you will experience the power of the rower, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, wheels, and the best tool of all...your own body!

BELL Class

BELL Class | 30 min.

The kettlebell is one of the most highly effective tools for burning fat while greatly improving strength and conditioning. This 30 minute class offers traditional kettlebell moves. Experience swings, cleans, jerks, high pulls, snatches, rows and more!

You can expect to feel leaner, stronger, and more fit from adding this class to your week!

FUSION is the perfect blend! After an exhilarating, endorphin rush of HIIT on the waterrower, you'll spend time on your mat reaping the benefits of vinyasa yoga.

SWEAT Class

SWEAT Class | 60 min.

Enjoy the benefits of focused breathing, moving, balancing, stretching, and cleansing! We will spend 60 minutes on the mat following a flowing sequence of yoga poses in a 72-80 degree room. Melt away any stress or fatigue from the week.

MOBILITY Class

MOBILITY Class | 5-15 min.

Increase your flexibility and recovery time following our workouts! Instead of the standard five minutes of static stretching offered in most fitness classes, we offer mobility! We will spend 5-15 minutes wiping away pain and unlocking better muscle performance! The best thing of all, is that it feels like a sports massage only it's you using your own body weight against a ridge roller. Reap the full benefits of your workout by targeting and releasing your muscles and fascia!

REVAMP, the Triple 'R' of Yoga!

Ilona Holland will quide you through 60 minutes of yoga designed to Relieve - Recover - Restore.

Whatever your age or fitness level, we are all made of fascia, muscle, bone, and nerves. This is your chance to relieve the pain, recover from a workout (or lack of one) and restore your Body, Mind & Spirit.

A blend of Yoga practices, Massage techniques and Ilona's knowledge during class will leave you feeling relaxed, restored and empowered.
