ROW Class

The ROW class is perfect for building endurance with low impact on the joints. We keep it super fun during the 30 minutes we spend on the erg. No previous rowing experience is necessary.

HIIT Class

Prepare to "hit-it-hard" and build strength in this convenient 30 minute class. No two workouts are the same and you will experience the power of the rower, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, wheels, and the best tool of all...your own body!

What could be better than having a blast while blasting some serious calories! That's exactly what this class will do! In this 45 minutes of sweaty fun, you will experience all that HIIT has to offer, with an additional focus on strength!

MAX Class

BELL Class

BELL Class | timer 30 min.

The kettlebell is one of the most highly effective tools for burning fat while greatly improving strength and conditioning. This 30 minute class offers traditional kettlebell moves. Experience swings, cleans, jerks, high pulls, snatches, rows and more!

You can expect to feel leaner, stronger, and more fit from adding this class to your week!

FUSION Class

FUSION Class | timer 60 min.

FUSION is the perfect blend!

We will hit it hard the first half-hour of class on the waterrower.

The second half we will reap the benifits of trigger point therapy using foam rollers, therapy balls as well as a few yoga dynamic stretches and holds. This part of class will help:

  • Decrease pain, soreness and muscular spasms
  • Increase range of motion and flexibility
  • Prepare muscles for more effective stretching
  • Enhance core strength and stability
  • Decrease post exercise recovery time
  • Improve neck, shoulder, back and knee pain
  • Correct postural imbalances

CORE Class

Experience cardio moves that maximize calorie burn without ever having to run! Instead, we will focus on targeted cardio movements that improve endurance, speed and burn major calories using our own body weight, light weights and agility drills. This combined with 10 straight minutes of ab sculpting will have your midsection in tip top shape before you know it!
