HIIT Class

Prepare to "hit-it-hard" and build strength in this convenient 30 minute class. No two workouts are the same and you will experience the power of the rower, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, wheels, and the best tool of all...your own body!

MAX Class

SCULPT Class

SCULPT Class | timer 30 min.

In just 30 minutes we will burn fat and sculpt our physique.

After a yoga style warm up, we move into yoga done at a higher intensity (fast-paced). In this class you’ll experience four powerful yoga moves with 60 seconds of work,10 seconds of rest for four rounds, or five powerful yoga poses done with 20 seconds work, 10 seconds of rest for eight rounds. You could even experience a class focused on sun salutations. Each class cools down with yoga poses to open the body for a peaceful end to your practice.
